Children have a remarkable way of sharing their feelings, through something they know best...Playing
Life is full of ups and downs, most of which we don't plan for. Just like adults, children experience both the love and pain which life can bring. Although children are remarkably resilient and strong, they often need a safe space in which they can share their feelings and be understood.
